These terms govern your use of the GlowRxNg Wellness & Aesthetics website and the services we provide. By using our website or booking with us, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully.

Use of this site

Our website is provided for general information about our treatments, Academy and clinic. The content is not a substitute for a professional consultation or medical advice. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse or disrupt it.

Bookings and appointments

Appointments can be requested through our online form, by WhatsApp or by phone. A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date and time with you. Many treatments begin with a consultation so we can recommend the right approach for your skin.

Deposits

Some treatments require a deposit to secure your appointment. Where a deposit applies, we will tell you the amount when you book. Deposits are applied to the cost of your treatment.

Cancellation and rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer your slot to another client. Late cancellations or missed appointments may affect any deposit paid.

Payments

We accept bank transfer, POS and cash. Online payment is not available at launch. Payment is due at or before your appointment unless we have agreed otherwise. Prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira and may change over time.

Treatment disclaimer

Results vary from person to person, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed. Medical aesthetic treatments are performed by or under the supervision of licensed medical professionals. A consultation is required before certain treatments, and we may decline a treatment where it is not appropriate or safe for you.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding and the GlowRxNg name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.
